We use real, local ingredients including cane, sugar, and molasses sourced from Assumption Parish. We have deep respect and appreciation for the distilling process, and we give every batch of our spirits the attention and patience needed to create high-quality products.
In addition to our core brands we also have a couple of very small batch lines. Our experimental series contains extremely limited release products that are only available at the distillery. They are concepts that we love, but want to test out for mass appeal. We also have our special release barrels (denoted SR). These single barrel releases are special barrels that we come across periodically that are too good for us to do anything to. These are released at barrel strength, fresh from the barrel, only very lightly filtered to remove the char, non-chill filtered releases. We also have our finishing barrel line. These are whiskeys and rums that we feel could benefit from additional time in an alternative barrel. These are some of our favorite releases that we have done!
