Vodka
Making vodka is easy, making good vodka is a work of art. It should not come as a surprise that sugar is used to make Sugarfield Vodka. With a name like Sugarfield, it would be a shame if it was made from anything else. This vodka is great in a Martini, with some soda water or in your favorite cocktail.

Strawberry Liqueur
We combined sweet strawberries from Ponchatoula, LA, with our white rum to produce this great liqueur. On the nose, there is butterscotch, rose petals, and strawberries. On the palate, there is a little vanilla and butterscotch, along with cherry and the overall strawberry flavor. Our goal was to capture the taste of a ripe strawberry.

Meyer's Lemon Liqueur
Local Meyer’s Lemons are used to make this Limoncello style Liqueur. The Meyer’s Lemon is an earthier less bright lemon and makes a fantastic spirit. Vodka is the base for this Spirit. Sugarfield Lemon Liqueur is great over ice, in a lemon drop, or served neat after a big meal.

Honey Liqueur
We assisted in harvesting and extracting the local honey for this liqueur with a beekeeper friend. We even adopted some bees at the distillery. On the nose, you get a nice floral sweetness. On the palate, this liqueur is sweet and really embodies the flavor of honey. This is a nice light spirit that can spice up your Old Fashioned, Margarita, or favorite cocktail.
