Daiquiri
2 oz Sugarfield White Rum
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple
Shake. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Honey Badger
2 oz Sugarfield Spirits Bourbon
Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
Shake. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Old Fashioned
2 oz Sugarfield Spirits Bourbon
4 dashes Angostura
1/2 oz Simple
Stir. Serve on big ice with an orange twist.
Revetini
1 oz Sugarfield Spirits Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Sugarfield Spirits Vodka
1/2 oz cream
Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

Satsuma Liqueur
Satsumas are all over the place during Satsuma season in Louisiana. Satsumas are smaller and have a more delicate flavor than most other citrus fruits. White Rum is the base for this unique spirit. This is great in a Daiquiri, on the rocks or over Vanilla Ice Cream.

Meyer's Lemon Liqueur
Local Meyer’s Lemons are used to make this Limoncello style Liqueur. The Meyer’s Lemon is an earthier less bright lemon and makes a fantastic spirit. Vodka is the base for this Spirit. Sugarfield Lemon Liqueur is great over ice, in a lemon drop, or served neat after a big meal.
